If yes, please explain.* As an Enrolment Coach you will be required to make phone calls to prospects, have you had experience of making phone calls to clients/prospects in the past? If yes, please explain.* What sales experience do you have? What were you selling? What price points?* Have you sold products/programs over the phone before? If yes, please explain?* Are you willing to work one weekend day per week?* Have you ever invested in a coach/mentor, or invested time in developing your own skill set? If yes, please explain?* The position is a self-employed position, working from home. Do you have a suitable place at home to make calls using Zoom?* All our calls are booked - there is no cold calling, each call is for 90 minutes to 2 hours in length. How many calls would you want to do in a normal week? (The maximum you can do in a day is 4 calls)* Is there anything further we should know about you that would make you suitable for the position as an Enrolment Coach?* You will be trained on how to do our calls using our authentic enrolling call process. You will not have to pay for this training. You will then have a role play call with a member of our team. If you pass you will then continue with our training and have an additional role play call with our American trainer. If you pass you will then receive further training and take calls that will be analysed, and you will be given feedback. If you pass these live calls you will then join the team and be given as many calls as you can handle. Please confirm you understand and will commit to this training.*
